Karine
Luçon
Tap dance
Karine started dancing at age five in her grandmother's ballroom
in Nantes. Kindergarden queen of tango and paso doble, she was then
schooled in classical dance and modern jazz. During a trip to Ireland
she caught the "irish bug" and learned set-dancing, céilí
dancing, and solo dancing with
Lord of the Dance
star Sarah Clark.
Dublin, February 2006 Karine became the first french person to be
appointed irish traditionnal dance teacher (TMRF).
Her reputation as a performer and show director is now steadily
growing (Avalon Celtic Dance,
Beltaine...). |
